This hotel is not a quality hotel despite the price, I booked a premium room for my husband and I and we had a very uncomfortable night with no air conditioning and the noise of load music from across the road. The bathroom had a bad odor and the furniture and furnishings were very dated, altogether bad value for money and not recommended despite the convenient location.

A fabulous hotel located right next to the train station. Recommend booking the suites as they are very spacious and comfortable. The only reason for the overall 4 rating was the wifi was very unstable and slow else everything was great. The team here is very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Livia, Christine and Lea for all their help and recommendations!! Looking forward to coming back again!!

The hotel is very very close to the Lucerne train station so accessibility was superb. Even on a day with light drizzle we reached the hotel in no time.

The staff was cordial and helpful. When we requested for an extended check out they cordially provided us with an additional 1.5 hrs than the normal check out time.

We were also able to keep our bags at the hotel after the check out and came back after about 3-4 hrs to take them back. They had a secure room to store luggage.

We were provided with an upgrade and the room was really spacious. The rooms are well maintained and clean.

The breakfast was decent, nothing extravagant and the staff were cordial

The location is great, straight across from the train station. The reception desk staff is somewhat aloof but my room was upgraded so it's okay. The hotel architecture and room design is very tastefully done. All necessary amenities are at hand. As the ledge into the bath is quite high, a handle and floor antislip stickers would've been nice.
The breakfast room/restaurant is airy. The buffet has a complete choice of breakfasts, from pancakes and scrambled eggs to fruit salad and whole wheat bread. The staff is again not the friendliest, very busy with clearing and setting up instead of serving but it was OK

Good sized room, good bathroom. Only issue was trying to persuade the air con system to be cooler. If travelling from outside Switzerland, make sure you take the correct power adaptor as the shape is different from other parts of Europe.

Staff were really friendly and the hotel is in a perfect location, only a few steps away from the train station. Breakfast was a simple open buffet breakfast with decent options for 25 CHF. Room was spacious and met our expectations.

Nadeem from the front desk was amazing and super helpful and pivotal into making our whole hotel experience excellent. He was able to attend to all of our needs and give us an amazing room and tips for the city. He also gave us some of the best things to do in Lucern along with guidance for subway systems as well as how to go about the city. In regards to the hotel we were delighted with their services, cleanliness and also having a perfect location for travellers with a train station close by and also being right next to the pick up location for tours that go to Interlaken and Grindlewald. Would definitely recommend.

We stay here for 3 nights with a group of friends. The Hotel is very close to Lucerne train station. The room is not big as expected, no refrigerator, no necessary amenity, only one bottle of mineral water on the first night. There was fire incident which cause guest to be frighten and had to evacuate from room for safety but no explanation or comfort word from the hotel. the breakfast is quite good and tasty. The staff was nice and helpful except on the night of fire incident.
