Unfortunately not professional and poor quality of service. Had a 10 session full body package l, most of it i only received a 30min session instead of 1 hour. Staffs dont speak german nor English. After 10 session i would say i only see 20% of less hair????

Beauty treatment, okay. Negative, however, as regards the after-sales treatment. I have been contacted insistently (messages, emails and calls) for completely unprofessional reasons.

Unprofessional welcoming
I did lash lifting a lot and it is my second worse experience :) it’s not even lifted. She didn’t clean my eyes before starting which was shocking, no explanation and very tuff while working with eye lashes.
