I felt comfortable from the moment I got to know Alina. She really loves her job and knows what she is doing. She explained everything to me and due to her patience when I my hair were not in the correct growth phase, it only took me 5 appointments to almost be hairless! Looking forward to my hairfree summers. Could not recommend enough!!!

If you are looking for an amazing beautician then you definitely should visit timeless beauty praxis. Alina is very professional and super honest. She explains everything in detail and always takes her time doing her job and answering questions. She is also super kind which is a biiig plus.????????

If you are looking for laser hair removal, do yourself a favor and go to Alina’s. First of all you can obtain wonderful results with a safe treatment personalized on you. Secondly, she is very professional and clean and honestly informs you about all the details of the treatment. Last but not least she is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. On top of that she is absolutely result driven and doesn’t hesitate to send you back home if your skin/hair is not ready yet (instead of just taking your money and treat you for a suboptimal result). Thank you Alina!

Alina certainly knows what it means to exceed customers expectations and service! She is doing a fabulous job, gives great recommendations and truly cares about your skin and its healthiness. Alina has been treating my skin (hair removal, different face treatments) since the beginning and I never felt uncomfortable or worried even once! The hair removal treatment was a bit painful from time to time, but ever since Alina has the newest machine it is absolutely doable. What I like most is that Alina is clearly not encouraging you to do a treatment if your skin is not in the perfect shape - plus her prices are unbeatable!

I just did my treatment for the last 8 month at the timeless beauty praxis. I was surprised how fast the results showed up, even i have a darker skin tone and dark hair. Alina the owner is very professional, she informed me before the treatments and also during the 8 month with all the details about the treatment. I felt very comfortable and welcome the fist time i walked in her studio. I was happy with my decision to do it at timeless, there was not one thing i could complaining about. Definitely recommend it!!

I came to Alina after having had a negative hair removal experience and I am so happy I did. She not just took time to explain but has openly said when the hair is not 100% ready (which she could have just done the work and charged me the money without questioning).
I have recommended her to everyone without a doubt.

If you are looking for permanent hair removal for a fair price, this is the place to go! I’ve almost completed my hair removal treatment with Alina and am so happy with the results. The location is central in Luzern (walking distance from the trainstation), the clinic is clean and Alina is extremely kind and professional. I have recommended all my friends to visit Timeless Beauty.
