Managed to purchase 2 MoonSwatch, Mercury & Earth, when I was staying in Lucerne for 2 nights. Now I just need Neptune and Moon to complete the collection.

I just took in a 35-40 year old swatch which was not working. The woman working there was super friendly and within a couple of minutes swapped out the battery (no charge) and strap (15,-). Then polished the glass and the watch is as good as new.

Worst customer service by the Chinese lady who I presume was the owner.
I had no choice but to check this store out because it was the only one selling the omega swatch collection. The lady made her customers wait out in a queue in the cold. Very strange. The day was saved by an employee who was nice and helpful.
Would not recommend this place. Worst shopping experience in Switzerland.

I came to get Omega X Swatch watch’s. However, sales women were directly told me all of new all watches for the show only and out of stock !!

Am sure it’s available and can see some customers waiting to get them. However, don’t know why they are doing this kind of black market sales strategy !!

No information about the stock level and no information about bringing new Omega X swatch ?!

I think Omega should review their collaboration partners on the future !!

Bought several beautiful watches from here today. It was quite an hectic atmosphere and the older store clerk handled everything perfectly and we are very satisfied with the watches and her service. The younger store clerk however, had an attitude that was rather off-putting at times-talking down to me and my family without letting me fully explain my intention. One example out of them all, my sister wanted to adjust the date on the watch we were buying and she remarked that it was merely off by 2 minutes when we actually wanted to change the incorrect date on the watch that we eventually got the help to change it from the older clerk. We understand fully that given the nature of the situation some misunderstanding will inevitably occur but this just seem so unprofessional to us and it really ruined the mood of the purchase. I hope the store improve in this part soon because the overall service was excellent aside from this minor issue.
