Waitress was nice, I deffinitely recommend LASAGNE ai funghi (best I've ever had), pizza was fine. Prices were higher, just like everywhere in Luzern.

Stopped in on a quiet Sunday, had some nice pizza and bruschetta (lovely) Venue is nice, quite close to the famous bridge, can't speak to most of the menu but pizza is a safe bet, not crazy crazy good but very nice and fast to table.

Was very good. The pizza was different from what I expected (it was spicy sausage and olives), but it was also better than I expected. Nice and helpful staff too. Only issue was that it was a bit more expensive than I thought.

The worst service ever, the waiter is not welcoming. We are asked the waiter to suggest the best pizza however been told off by him to just tell what we like. And he is not even recommending any food & being rude by cutting us out when we speak. Nevertheless the good is good. Just disappointed with the waiter guy tall with slightly bad hair. The name is hidden so cant see.

We walked in and the waitress wasn’t welcoming at all. We politely asked if there was a terrace, she replied ironically with hand gestures like:” do you see one?” We browsed through the menu for a few minutes, waited no one came around we decided to leave. As we were leaving the waitress ironically again, said bye. Never bored to ask why were we leaving or even to take our orders. Very refine ambience unfortunately the staff doesn’t match with the place!

Really tasty carbonara pasta and pizza! We sat outside in the alley near the waterway. Nice side views! Service was okay. Food was tasty! Note that everything in Switzerland is very expensive!!!

Please do not bother to come and try at this restaurant. It’s good that it’s a wood fire pizza. However, food was just alright and the service was not good and friendly at all.

1st, The staffs doesn’t smiles at you all even when they always check with you if everything is good.

2nd, When the young waiter are clearing the bowl after we are done with the soup, he just threw one of the spoons into the bowl making quite a bit of noise.

3rd, only my 2nd last piece of pizza, found a small piece of plastic while I was chewing. Told the waitress about it and she told me I’m wrong. This is a prawn shell. However, i told her prawn shelves are not flexible. This is a flexible plastic. After she have checked, she said it could be the plastic from the cheese packet.
When getting the bill, it was the waiter who gave it to us. We had told him that I found a plastic while chewing on my pizza. He told me it can’t be. I must have mistook it as a prawn shell. Again, I told him prawn shell are not flexible.
In conclusion, none of the staffs are apologetic at all. No apology, no compensation. They think that as an asian, I do not know what is the difference between a prawn shell and a plastic.

On a side note, I do not know why will there be an extra charge if 2 person were to share a pizza when the pizza so big just for 1 person to share.

How disappointing to come across this restaurant during my vacation.

I highly recommend this place! I'm guessing the place was busy bec the "big boss" became the server of our group of six and turned out to be for the best. He's a great, fun guy and he really took care of us. Our small talks with him were hilarious so we wanted to take photos with him but he said we couldn't afford him, lol. No offense taken - we respect his privacy.

The food were just as great and the beer I was recommended to have was the best in Switzerland! Pizzas are a must and my wife loved their Vongole.

Thank you making our dine in experience one of the highlights in our trip to Lucerne!
