The only good thing about this property is that it is close to the train and bus stations. Management is not paying attention to the service level their staff provide and when you happen to see management they are working versus teaching the staff how to do the work they are doing to serve the hotel guests. Time for a new General Manager at the hotel.

A lovely hotel to stay within the city with everything right next to you including the railway station. Restaurant's are a stones throw away from the hotel rooms.. Some rooms have very good view refer the photos. They serve great breakfast and Staff are warm as well. A busy hotel though and crowded during breakfast hours.

Nice hotel, modern, clean. Their suites are spacious, with an amazing view on the lake & the city. You can see on the other side the top of the mountain. When you don’t have mist though!
Nice breakfast buffet. Various choices.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Lucerne. Steps
Away from the pier and Chapel Bridge. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff (especially Dominique) was helpful in securing taxi service as well as suggestions for dining.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu, Lucerne, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.

This was my first visit in Switzerland. First and foremost, the hotel's location is simply stunning. The breathtaking views from my room were a constant reminder of the beauty of the surrounding area. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and amenities was also a huge plus.

The accommodations themselves were equally impressive. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room's design, the storage area, from the luxurious interiors to the carefully curated colour combination of gray and orange.

But what truly set this hotel apart from others was the exceptional service provided by the staff especially Oscar and Edith. Oscar went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The friendly and efficient check-in process to the attentive housekeeping staff, every aspect of the service was top-notch.

The hotel's dining options were also noteworthy. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu of delicious and expertly prepared dishes. The room service was prompt and delivered with a smile, making dining in my room a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Finally, the hotel's amenities were outstanding. The fitness center was well-equipped and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, while the spa provided a range of luxurious treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. The combination of stunning location, luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and outstanding amenities make it an unforgettable destination. very nice hotel in a good location near the bus parking lot, large spacious rooms with coffee machine, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

The rooms are modern, sleek and clean. The location is not too bad, although it's a hassle to get to any eating place because it's quite a distance. Service recovery was subpar, as their fridge was spoiled, causing my cheese to spoil, but they didn't do anything to compensate. Price too high for their kind of service.

Excellent location near station..clean rooms good vibes service is good as well.. and given switzerland is so expensive comparatively was good value.
