Very unprofessional business. I had problems with my host family. I called this agency informing them I was planning to cancel my visa. They asked why so I explained the situation. Little did I know they were friends with my host family and told them everything that I had told them in confidence. I realized this after a few remarks from the host family. This made the situation even worst for me. Beware future au pairs if your host family uses this agency!

Sehr persönlich, kompetent und freundlich. Auch bei Problemen stets professionell. Falls mal telefonisch nicht erreichbar, wird schnellstmöglich zurückgerufen oder ein Email geschrieben.
