MOzern is part of the Oriental Mandarin Palace Hotel. Great service at a posh spot on the side of lake Lucerne. They serve a limited menu with tasty options throughout the day. Prices are on the high side. Recommended ????????????????

Terrible experience. First the staff is extremely unfriendly. Then they do not have anyone assigned to tables for service. My husband asked for more oatmeal as the buffet was out and they came back with oat milk. We waited 15 mins to place an order for coffee. The table next to us placed the coffee order and no one came back. We finally got a hold of a manager in a green jacket and she got all the tables on our side of the restaurant taken care of. It truly is a shame because the other restaurants in the hotel truly do have 5 star quality service. The hotel service is also 5 star but this restaurant is not.

Went for Afternoon Tea and everything was superb. Please add to your must visit list. Excellent for friends, family, social occasions and casual lunch, brunch or tea.

Fast alles 08-15 oder viel weniger. So enttäuscht von so einem wunderschönen Ort. Von der Restaurant Leistung ist enorm viel zum korrigieren. Mehrere Killer Faktoren von der Küche + Personal. Dringend!!!!
