The location of the hotel is very handy for traveling by train. The room is nice, the bathroom was big, everything was clean. The breakfast was very good it had hot options plus the regular items

Amazing location right next to be Luzern train station and near the pier for the boat ride to mount pilatus. Beautiful exterior, rooms are spacious and clean. They provide bedroom slippers and shower caps, however I did request for razor and they didn't had that. Right below was Starbucks, macdonald and a Japanese restaurant. No complains, will definitely return.

Great location for travellers that need to carry a laguage from station. Breakfast is great and some day offer smoked salmon. Hotel provides a complimentary of 2 mineral waters which is a very nice glass bottle.
All staff deliver great survice and professional. Large room with a nice view. Hotel key card made from wood which is awesome. HOPE the hotel continue save the planet idea. ❤️

Positive: Easy access to all areas of Luzern, more importantly, easy to get to from the hotel. The staff were amazingly professional, welcoming and nice. A pleasure to interact with.

Great location and center to Lucerne train station. The staff were very pleasant, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. The rooms were spacious, clean with modern amenities. There's ongoing construction but it was not a major issue or concern during out stay. Overall, I would choose this hotel again.

Hotel’s location is centrally located to train station, buses, self walking tours to shops and museums …. our room was away from the noise and foot traffic which we highly appreciated! !???? Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel across from the train station and short walk to many attractions in town. Staff extremely helpful. Offers free bus passes for the duration of your stay. We were there for eight days and that made our adventures less stressful.
