Had a good experience buying watches here with Lionel, he’s courteous, patient and helpful as I went through different brands and watch styles. The watch store itself is bright and elegant, in a great location!

Excellent!

Visited here and Bucherer. Way better experience at Ambassadeurs than Bucherer. Adrian was very attentive, answered my questions, and helped me find a great watch. Will come back again next time I'm here.

Top location and nice selection.
Unfortunately, the person who sold me a watch had NO idea how it worked, excused that he thought it was a different model and did not clean it when they put it back into the box.
I did not buy a watch for CHF 50 but way more, this is why I also expect more.
I understand that not everyone knows everything, but the first person said I have to wait for the trained specialist, who knows exactly how to set it up etc
He told me that the watch does not need charging and the battery last very long...then he looked into the box and said it does need charging, at least 12, better 24 hours.
I gave 3* because of the nice chocolate for the wait ????
