Super friendly staff, great location, and room that has everything that you need! This was where I stayed on my first day in Switzerland, and this hotel definitely left a good first impression of the country. Staff was very welcoming. Great location, walkable distance from the station. The only downside is that if you leave your luggage with them before/after check-in/out, they leave them somewhat unattended in the corner of the lobby, but there's always someone at the front lobby until ~11pm. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that's visiting Luzern!

Great hotel. Superb location! Staff was very helpful and accommodating I was able to do an early check in. Room was comfortable and spacious. Every pretty clean! Coffee machine and toiletries were a bonus in the room.

This was the first hotel which we visited during our trip.

I was a bit unhappy with one reception but don't want to blame on her...I might did something not right cos I was new in Europe.
But another reception - a man was really friendly and nice to me.

Room was okay.
It was clean.
Bed was comfortable.
Location is great.
The only hard thing for us was the traditional style of the floor outside which hard to drag our luggages ????

We didn't have breakfast here so no comment about it here from me.

Coffee machine was broken and technical team was not there in the morning so we skipped our coffee one day ????

Hair dryer was not 100% working and I'm afraid to inform the staff since I had not good experience from the beginning ????

Hope they will replace that room's hair dryer before another guest will face the same issue as myself.

We just spent several days in Lucerne and stayed here. We liked a it a lot.

-Any employee we interacted with were kind and helpful.
-The rooms were spacious.
-The location was probably our favorite part.
-very clean and well kept.

One thing we didn’t do was have breakfast there.

I think some people have unrealistic expectation and are quite ridiculous with what they ‘want’ in rooms of a 3 star hotel. Exceptionally clean, very accommodating staff, great location, decent price. We did not have breakfast but it was a brilliant fine for Luzern. We stayed twice during our trip.

I booked this hotel (three weeks in advance), and I made a simple mistake with the date - and they STILL charged me the full price for the night I could not be there. Horrible service. I am glad I did not stay there.

Really lovely hotel. It’s in the center of old town Lucerne and very close to many different shops and restaurants. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean as well. I also enjoyed the restaurant on the main floor. For 20 franc you are able to enjoy an all you can eat breakfast. Lukas the manager for the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent hotel will plan to stay here again when I return.

Excellent location! in the heart of the old town - Weinmarkt. Spectacular views from the bedroom. Very comfy bed, smooth check in, very friendly staff members.
