This store is absolutely beautiful, but I had a problem. I wanted to check a particular brand, I found on their store finder that this optical in Lucerne carry brand of eyewear made from vinyl records. When I entered the store and asked for it, the sales lady first did not know what I am talking about, then after a couple of minutes she remembered that yes they might have a couple of pieces in their drawers , then she did not even remembered which drawers then she finally founded it and there was only 3-4 models in stock, very disappointing experience.

Enttäuscht und verärgert zugleich. Trage nun schon lange Lindberg Brillen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer neuen Lindberg Brille. Keine Kunststoff Brillen an Lager, doch bestellen können wir die Brille für Sie - verbindlich? Und wie zum Geiger sollte ich dann wissen, welche Form mir passt?

Mein Mann & ich sind seit Jahren Stammkunden bei Kost & Brechbühl und sind einfach jedesmal begeistert. Urs ist immer professionell und wir lachen immer viel gemeinsam.
