They simply let us wait for hours until somebody had a look on us. We went with our little baby at emergency room and it was only one DR looking at us, taking the urine to lab and then he was lost. Had to call multiple time until somebody realized there is a patience forgotten in one room. Had different expectations from Swiss medical system

The stuff and doctors are friendly but absolutely useless. Do they even have any idea about kids?
Our 1,5 year old child had 40.6, fever, we called the hotline and they told us to go to emergency. They didn’t take blood or urine samples, just a regular check up. Said to wait another 3 days, we wait wait and the child is not getting any better. The fever is still high, we come again to the emergency because he was screaming non stop at night and only then they took blood and urine which showed an infection BUT the doctors still refused to give anything. Blaming me that the child is acting active after giving super sweet raspberry Sirup. Absolut Nonsens! And we pay so much money for their service. I really hope it was last time when we had to go there.

Excellent children emergency, took my toddler girl as she was wheezy … it is a full play area , English is acceptably spoken to deliver and receive the message yet the doctor speaks very good English , our pediatrician Dr Bouder was really great,

Old building not the cleanest spital I have seen. We have been waiting for 1.5 hour to be checked by a doctor for 5 minutes being first checked by 3 other medical personal members. On arrive time in front of us were just 6 other patients. The parking is way overpriced for 1.6 hour 6 francs. Really? This is the state clinic and the time we were there is the clinic fault so why we should pay 6 francs?

Ich war mit unserer Tochter, 1 jährig, nach einem Sturz die Treppe hinunter im Kinderspital in der Notfallaufnahme. Ambulant.
Aussergewöhnlich freundlicher, sehr patientenorientierter Arzt, nimmt sich Zeit, macht eine sehr gründliche ernsthafte Anamnese, kommt sogar zwischendurch nochmal und sagt Bescheid, dass es wegen einem kritischen Notfall noch kurz dauert bis der Oberarzt den Abschlusscheck machen kommt. Fühle mich sehr kompetent beraten und bin sicher, dass unsere Tochter bestmöglich behandelt wurde. Pflegepersonal alle sehr freundlich. Grosses Lob ans ganze Team für das unglaubliche Engagement unter sicher oft sehr anstrengenden Bedingungen!! Ehrliche Empfehlung!

Leider mussten wir mit beiden Kindern in kurzer Zeit das Kinderspital aufsuchen. In beiden Fällen war alles top organisiert, keine unerwartete Wartezeit, sowohl Pflegepersonal als auch Ärzte freundlich und kompetent - und der komplette Besuch sehr kindgerecht.
