Very good burger and service
It was tasty and big sized burger
We also got a watermelon for desert

The food was quite OK. Dishes were well known, tasty and big enough. The personnel was kind and flexible. We ordered Jeff's shared plate, burgers, chips with fried chicken and salad (cola, beer etc).
In my opinion it is better to eat at Jeff's than at the river (Jeff's personnel was more kind than the personnel at the restaurants near bridges..). We could eat inside Jeff's (we cannot accept smokers) - near bridges it is impossible and there is less space and (unfortunately), these "more popular" bridge restaurants are not clean enough..)

Really yummy burgers at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the coleslaw isn’t part of the pulled pork burger as the menu would have you believe and in lieu of it being removed we helpfully got a free portion of sweet potato fries. Fries were rosemary seasoned as well, very tasty!

Nice place to get a good (classic) burger. Will go back here. Close to the Luzern train station, still in the center but not in the main touristic area. We were sitting outside. Good price quality ratio.

We ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger with a side of fries. We found the food to be average. I liked that the bun had grains on them instead of your typical plain burger bun. I think the price point was fair. We were served fairly quickly however I found the service staff to be unfriendly and cold. Our server had a frown on the entire time, would be better if they could be more friendly. I would have given higher stars if service was better.

Great Burger Restaurant.

The Restaurant is not ideal for bigger Groups since most Tables are for 2 or 4 People.

The Meat and Bread Quality is quiet high and definitely can recommand the Onion rings.

Burger is pricey but, quality-wise, definitely not gourmet. A slightly better option than fast food though. Don't just walk in and grab a table without asking to be seated or they'll snap at you. Didn't happen to me personally but to some clueless tourists.
