I liked everything about this hotel. The decor is very Swiss and they have some lovely touches like a mountain style back pack to use when you stay. Our room was bright and airy with books to read, coffee machine, big bathroom and comfortable bed.

We eat in the restaurant and it was good but expensive even by Swiss standards. Nice touch with the marshmallow after diner ????

I had a pleasant stay at this cosy hotel and check in was a breeze! The hotel has a mix of modern quirky furnishings and the staff were so friendly! Do request for fans in your room if you are coming in the summer (June) as the weather will be warm and there is no aircon. I’ve booked the superior double room for two people as the normal rooms were smaller. Breakfast was so delicious especially the croissants and coffee! Location was super convenient. Highly recommended!

Great trendy and quirky hotel. We got a free upgrade upon arrival for no reason which was a lovely/lucky surprise. It is located in a quiet area that is really close (8 min walk) to the main area (chapel bridge and old town).

We loved our stay here - the staff were so helpful. If you use the bus to get around Luzern, there is a bus stop right by the hotel, and the location is also great for walking around town too. The best part was the decor - it was so beautiful and well done!! It made us happy to see all the cute, fun touches around the hotel, from the photobooth and the gorgeous basement bathroom to the displays on each floor in the elevator to the hilarious do-not-disturb signs - there were fun surprises everywhere, and it gave the hotel such personality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and also delightfully decorated!

A wonderful and very cool/hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. I spent 2 nights here as a solo traveler and would have stayed longer if my itinerary had allowed. The hotel is clean, the staff is very good and friendly, the included breakfast was generous with lots of options. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. I especially loved the sitting area on the third floor with vibrant and very comfortable seating for reading etc. I was delighted with the loaner backback provided and used it for one of my day trip outings. If you are coming to Lucerne to explore the area, consider this hotel!!

Fabulous boutique hotel with a great location, breakfast buffet was one the best I've ever had. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious. Ours had a balcony with amazing 360 views.

Had a really nice stay at Hotel Anker. Modern but quirky! Only negative about the room was there was no separate room for the toilet, it was all an open space sort of. Breakfast was great!

The rooms were nice and clean. I could see Mount Pilatus from my room. They have a good spread for breakfast. The staff at the reception also helped me with questions on how to get around the city. The hotel is about a 8 to 10 minute walk from Luzern HB.
