Great option for a budget hotel. Rooms were small, but had everything required for a short stay.

Our room was fully air-conditioned and we were fortunate enough to have a view of the mountain.

There are bus stops located near the hotel which make travelling quite convenient and a supermarket within close proximity.

The location is pretty good, has a bus stop nearby just take a bus for a few stop and will arrive Luzern city center & train station.

The service is good, has helpful staffs.

The room is tiny as it's budget hotel, the air conditioner is the most thing I want them to improve, looks like the air conditioner not working well enough for summer.

They charged additional 10 Chf for a 3 hr early check in, or else we had to pay 3 chf per luggage to keep the luggage..the rooms are pricey looking at the size and amenities. Small bathing space, no cupboard and kettle in the room and very small size. We were finding it difficult to accommodate our luggage and organize ourselves. Better option is to book good hotels in advance.

The name explains the offering, a budget hotel- but the check in staff were friendly and breakfast was good value and had a nice selection of continental cheeses, ham, breads and spreads. The room was small but utilitarian and while the shower cubicle did have a slightly odd smell it was clean overall. Recommend this place if you need to be close to Luzern’s centre or the train station and don’t want to spend a fortune. The addition of the free transport card and city discounts was great and the stocked shop was useful for snacks and cheap dinners.

Room was at best average. Very very tiny room. Shower water was good, however was very small.

Room's aircon was having fault for the 2 days I'm there. Quite disappointed as room temperature was warmer than in the walkway. Receptionist offered a fan, which seems to be a common issue there.

Reception was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was consecutively similar from day 1, could try to do better though.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance from Luzern train station, about 20mins walk.
Bus was very convenient as well.

Overall, would not be coming back.

Location ok. Room is too small. Staff friendly. But everything is lacking. I didn't expect it's like this, stress I didn't want to book budget the rest is full. Acceptable for couple but definitely not with kids

We're a family of 4. Room is small, but the kids had their own space. Breakfast was okay, mostly bread, boiled eggs, deli & cereal. We parked outside the hotel, no problem with parking. Have a lot of restaurants nearby. There's a bus stop less than a minute walk to the hotel. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

It's very difficult that I had to live in a single room. They just added 2 single beds to accomidate 2 persons in single room. It was so so congested. After paying a lot I didn't get a proper place to live. And it was very very expensive. Just for a name it is Ibis budget but it is pretty expensive. Faced bad experiences with Ibis for multiple times now. It's very disappointing.
Disliked · Staff were too busy and too rude some times. Room was too small for 2 people to live. Price was too high. Not basic stuff was provided... Ibis is just making money out of it as I see in all other countries coffee machine access is free but in Switzerland it's chargeable. Why is this!??
