We went as a family to visit Luzern, and we were offered 2 connected rooms. This connection was the best part as it is not very popular in Luzern. Rooms are very spacious and clean. All staff at the reception were very helpful in particular Elisa. She suggested many activities around Luzern which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good. Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for families with young kids and enjoy the connected rooms.

Quirky hotel that is perfectly located. Caters for what appears to be bike riders, business and travellers. We had the family room room that was well sized for the four of us.

Hotel across the road from a nice park which the kids loved and we ate at the open air cafe often.

Morning bedder breakfast is sufficient.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only negative was our bed was a bit springy.

We had the junior suite room at Continental Park. Love the front desk staff who have been extremely helpful. The only not positive thing we encountered was a rude staff named Alvin at the breakfast place. The experience was condescending and he didn't bother to apologize when we mentioned to him of his nasty attitude. Later on he only apologized after the hotel manager stepped in. Elisa was extremely helpful in making our stay here comfortable. Thank you!

Room was spacious, modern, and air conditioned. Convenient to everything in Lucerne. Service was impeccable and the breakfasts were tasty, hot, and service was great.

I was given a room on the 1st floor. There was loud noise from the kitchen of the hotel restaurant until midnight and again from 05:00 AM every night.

I informed the hotel staff and asked to change rooms. The hotel staff was not friendly and did not try to help.

In addition, the bed in the room is very uncomfortable, because the bed mattress is extremely soft.

The positive points are the location (very close to the train station and to the city center) and the breakfast.

Very nice hotel, super close to absolutely everything you may need. The staff are very helpful and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Despite being in the train station area, it is not noisy.

Location is very good, next to the train station. Breakfast is nice. Reception staff is nice and speaks good English. Easy to eat out. Our room is small and on top floor. We had to be careful at night time not to hit our head or face to some part of the roof ceiling which is very low and made of concrete.
