This is a hotel with a very good location in Lucerne. The exterior design is very modern, and it is also a very comfortable hotel. There are many shops nearby for shopping. The location is really convenient! ????

The room is well-equipped, tidy, clean, and spacious. The bathroom and toilet are quite large, giving people a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The large glass in the room allows you to enjoy the Swiss neighborhoods. It has a strong cultural atmosphere. I really like this place Restaurant! ????????Breakfast also has a wide variety and is of a very high standard!

The disadvantage is that there are not many elevators in the hotel, and you often have to wait~

This was a 2 night stay as part of our Premium post cruise package.

Location:
Great location, close to Chapel Bridge, Water front, shopping, sites, and nice restaurants.

Our Room:
Our room was dimly lit, very small, dirty carpet, and a view of an inside court yard for service trucks and workers. It was best to keep the windows closed due to noise, and drapes shut. Terrible view.

Reception:
We requested decaffeinated coffee for the room coffee machine or room service. Reception told me that they are a high end hotel not offering this.?

Arrival - Departure:
The hotel supports many travelers arriving by bus, yet it seems the staff is overwhelmed or understaffed to accommodate.

Staff told many guest in our group to bring down their own luggage. I can only assume management did not inform them that baggage handling is included in many packages.
Elevators are on the smaller size to accommodate all the passengers and luggage.

Overall, Beautiful City to visit.

We had stayed in this hotel for 6 nights & everything was superb. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the location excellent and the restaurants downstairs serve some of the best food in Luzern. The rooms are clean, would recommend to get the superior room though as the basic one is kind of small.

Fantastic room! My only fault was you can hear the adjoining room if they are loud. Good location and definitely very walkable across the river and other locations including lake Lucerne. I stayed for two nights June 1-June 2

A posh hotel in the city centre, great breakfast with city view

Room is great and spacious, with coffee machine and capsules, good water pressure.

Gym is rather standard

Down side is the lifts are relatively smaller than other hotels which made waiting time for the lift is slightly longer especially during our check out and check in time.

Air conditioning can be improved as the air is rather stuffy. I stayed in room 3506

Beautiful place. And the staff members are so warm, professional, and wonderful. Cozy accommodations and impeccably clean. The penthouse restaurant is a beautiful place to enjoy some good food. Highly recommend ❤️

While the hotel's location is convenient and the lobby is nicely decorated,
the service fell short with delayed responses and lack of attentiveness.
Rooms lacked thorough cleaning, changing the bed cover,
but the amenities like fitness center and Wi-Fi were satisfactory. I informed the hotel on the booking to be a honeymoon moon and when we entered the room the experience is the same as normal check in.
Consider other options for a more polished and attentive experience.

Beautiful view of Lucerne and it’s mountainous backdrop. We enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop bar, while we listened to a live DJ who was setting a fun vibe. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
