Great hotel in an amazing location, walking distance to centre of Luzern.
Rooms are beautiful, luxurious and spacious furnished in old style with all modern amenities you might ever need.
Views are breathtaking.
Staff are going extra mile to make you feel comfortable.
Highly recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in Luzern.

room was small. we know the room size but the chairs and cabinets were too big for the room.
noisy. we can hear the streets and the adjacent room noise.
building was beautiful but the interior is not luxury. they can di something about it. fitness center is opposite the road with another company. and must pay.
the valet service were great. and the receptionist.
swimming pool is ok.
the hotel management must be mindful of the total guest experience. nothing really special in that hotel except the location.

Best hotel in Switzerland by far! The breakfast is also the Best I had!

We were table serviced by Denys and his service is top notch!

Stunning location. Excellent service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Beautiful and comfortable rooms.
You really can't beat the value for money here.

The accommodation is fantastic and I feel very much comfortable to stay in this hotel. The facilities are very high standard and also the service people here are very friendly and helpful to us. The restaurant have a very tasty meal. The hotel rooms also having a wonderful view of the lake. Over all its incredible for us.

Great location, beautiful view of lake lucerne ????

Great staff and very accommodating. Very clean spacious rooms.

The only negative thing is the breakfast as it was t up to our expectations.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and felt very clean! We stayed here 2 nights and the location was absolutely perfect - right where you want to be for a first visit to Lucerne/Luzern.
