I had an initial consultation with Dr. Herre, and my first impression was that he is a competent dentist.

I received an offer for the treatment, and wanted to discuss certain aspects. The responses from the secretary and office manager were not friendly and it took ages to receive answers. They ignored some of my emails until I chased for an answer.

An orthodontic treatment is expensive, and I believe it is the potential client's right to ask questions and be treated kindly. All I felt was arrogance and like I was an annoyance.

Sorry, but I will spend my money somewhere else. I would not recommend Zahnazt Team Luzern, as a customer experience should not feel stressful.

This review is no judgment on Dr. Herre, as my interaction with him was very limited. Rather, it is a review of the front desk staff.

UPDATE: Following your response, I am changing my review to 1 star. You are correct in that I initially requested a discount, which was denied. Then I asked if it was possible to get a longer follow-up period after the treatment at the price you suggested. I needed to send several emails to get an answer on that and very unfriendly tone of communication. In any case, the arrogance you display towards someone who wants to spend 6,000 CHF in your clinic is incredible. Maybe for you it's not a lot of money, but for the average person, it is a lot, and a potential customer deserves respect and assistance. You all urgently need a course in customer service. Shame on you! The least you could say is "sorry we made you feel this way"

I am quite amazed that this dentist has 5 stars. More than 4 years ago they told me bluntly that 2 teeth and an existing bridge all needed to be removed as it was “infected” .

Here we are 4 years later and two dentists who gave a second opinion have both said , “if there was an infection you would definitely feel it” I have also not experienced any problems with my teeth in that area. Who knows what the reason was for their misdiagnoses.

Vor 7 Jahren entschloss ich mich für eine umfassende Zahnsanierung beim Team von und mit Dr. Markus Schulte.
Eine der besten Erfahrungen die ich je machte. Lebensqualität! Was für ein tolles Team… emphatisch, freundlich und in jeder Beziehung kompetent!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und bereue höchstens, dass ich nicht früher zum Zahnarztteam nach Luzern gegangen bin.

Ich habe sehr viele Zahnärzte besuchen dürfen aber keiner war wie Dr. Schulte und sein Team. Es muss alles perfekt sein und das finde ich toll. Ich wurde sogar nach einem Eingriff angerufen um nachzufragen wie es mir geht. 100% zum weiter empfehlen. Danke Zahnarzt Team Luzern

Toller Zahnarzt. Ich bin seit Jahren dort in Behandlung. Spritzen spürt man kaum, auch am Tag danach fühlt man nichts an der Einstichstelle. Das kann nicht jeder Zahnarzt. Bei der Behandlung ist er sehr vorsichtig und "stochert" nicht unnötig in den Zähnen herum. Auch meine kleine Tochter wird hier sehr gut behandelt, er ist geduldig und kann gut mit Kindern umgehen. Die Schwestern sind alle sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Ich bin froh, dass ich damals hier hin gewechselt habe.

Eine Zahnarztpraxis in der alle MitarbeiterInnen sehr einfühlsam und geduldig auf seine Angstpatienten eingeht.
Auch wenn ich immer noch Angst habe, ich kann dieses Team sehr empfehlen!!!
