Although, my hairstylist Damian made a great job for my wedding, the overall service and client orientations is very questionable. I made a Reservation for three friends on the same day as my appointment as they also wanted to style the hair for my wedding. However, they didnt show up and failed to cancel their time slots. I fully acknowledge that it was not very nice of them to do so. However, I also believe, it was not my mistake my mistake. As a bride on that day my head was busy with other obviously more important stuff. However, the owner or the Manager of this place, I am not sure who he was, decided to take advantage of me and first of all, told me about their no show up in a very hard way ruining my mood and day of a bride. Second of all he made me to pay half of the price he was supposed to collect from my friends. He didnt acknowledge that under normal conditions he would have never received that Money just because had not I been there the same day he wouldnt have been able to collect that Money anyway. As a result you can imagine in what mood I left this place as a bride. He didnt care at all, for him it was a great opoortunity to squeeze additional Money from me. His Team members had to apologize for his behaviour because they felt embarassed. Logically, I will never use this hair saloon again and moreover would spread the word about their Client approcah.

Unglaublich kompetente Betreuung des gesamten Teams Dell' Arte. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und ich würde meine Haare nie wieder wo anders färben lassen.

Ein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Coiffeur Geschäft. Man wird herzlich empfangen und der Service ist top. Auch die Stilrichtung der Musik von Bernhard Lindt hat bei mir gewisse Sympathie Punkte eingebracht. Man fühlt sich rundum Wohl.

Hier wird man mit einem Lächeln empfangen und verlässt den Salon wieder mit einem Lächeln. Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit und Geduld bei der Beratung werden gross geschrieben. Ich bin seit langer Zeit Kunde und sehr zufrieden. Besonderen Lob möchte ich Damjan aussprechen, welcher bei jedem Besuch durch seine sehr hohe Kundenorientierung glänzt.

Mega! Habe mich selten nach einem Friseurbesuch so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Damjan und der Lernende Joel sind sehr zu empfehlen ???????????? super Stimmung und man merkt, dass es Profis sind. Bis ganz bald wieder!
