Overall, the positives of this hotel exceed the negatives. The location is excellent as it is near the train station and ideal for sightseeing. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is cozy and feels like home. Breakfast was okay. The only downside is there are no air conditioners in the rooms so you have to sleep with windows opened and there’s lots of noise outside. There is a fan that you can use thou.

We stayed two nights at Hotel Central Luzern. The location of the hotel is perfect - just a few minutes from the train station. Room is of average size, with no air-con but it has everything you need. Given the price we paid, it is definitely good value for money and we have no complaints. Staff are super friendly and helpful in giving us advice on how to get around Luzern. We also liked the breakfast there. Overall we had a nice stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Loved the location! You can hop on any train/bus right down the street. Very clean place. Honorable staff. My wife left her wedding ring and wedding band in the bathroom of our room when we checked out, and we were able to get it back from them. No fridge in the rooms, but there is a public fridge in the breakfast lounge that you can use and label your things. Very convenient and safe. We had no issues here and would 100% come back. Thank you guys for everything.

Absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure to stay here for a couple of nights and was extremely satisfied with the quality of the service from the moment I checked in. The breakfast was fresh and had a wide variety of items. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel was clean, so close to everything, staff was incredibly friendly!! We had a family room with 2 teens and it worked out perfectly!! Love the lounge area and breakfast!! We would definitely stay again if in Luzern!

Hotel Central Luzern is a hidden gem. I picked this hotel because of its location. My room 501 is beautiful and spacious for a single user. The front office staff went out of his way to help. I definitely will stay again.

Very nice staff, and great location. Only downside was no AC in the rooms just a fan and we were hot. Nice breakfast in the AM in the lounge tho.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk from the train station in 5 minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness in all rooms of the hotel: breakfast room, room, corridors. Breakfast also deserves high praise. The breakfast room has a fridge that guests can use. It is also allowed to drink tea or coffee here during the day and evening. But, the main value of this hotel is its employees. I felt benevolence, care and attention in everything. I found a hotel that I don't want to change. And the next time I come to beautiful Lucerne, of course I will live here. I can also safely recommend this hotel even to guests with high demands.
