Rooms are spacious but bit noisy in the night. I could hear people talking in the bar and on the road whole night. Facilities are ok. Washroom was clean. They charge 10CHF for parking per night.

Lovey place! We had drinks on the house for staying here and the atmosphere was lovely.
The man who checked us in was very lindZ and loved the bar tender, he was so sweet and cute!

Cozy place with nice host. Please try their local brewery.
Except some selfish Hong Kong people occupied toilet over half hour in morning and made the toilet dirty.
To whom may misunderstand the “shared bathroom” meaning. “Shared” means you need to care about others in this place. If you know somebody is waiting outside. Please speed up and don’t make the toilet to be a total mess.

Really nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are big and bed was comfortable. There’s lots of privacy and it is well located. Owners are super nice and accommodating. Only bad thing is there’s no actual reception so you have to call over the phone if you need anything

Worker was helpful and kind. The room was mediocre and we had a share a bathroom - if you don't want that avoid. However, the beds were comfortable and parking was only 10 CHF per day, better than most rates. I'd recommend this place to anyone, unless they mind paying extra for their own bathroom.

Hotel is very clean and room was newly renovated. NO breakfast - Bookings.com stated breakfast was included. This is a nice affordable place if you are a sound sleeper! Unfortunately I'm a very light sleeper and could hear the people in the next room and the train all night long.

Room too small, did not receive any service. Bad side of Lucerne.

Very clean, spacious, and up to date (modern elevator, doors, wifi routers are very fast... Etc). Bed is extremely comfortable. Within walking distance of most attractions. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating (we arrived very early and they ensured our room was cleaned early in the day). Simple yet filling and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.
