Had dinner at Scala restaurant while staying in Hotel. Restaurant has an amazing view and food was excellent. Our waitress was Carolyne and she was professional with a big smile on her face. She made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is awesome too!

Can't rate the hotel, but the beach club terrace has a fabulous view over the lake.

I loved Lucerne and this hotel! The location is great and the view from my beautiful room on the lakeside corner of the 4th floor was breathtaking. I loved the Louis Bar with the cool vibe and fabulous piano player, Otto. The breakfast buffet started our day off right with every delicous offering and wonderful, friendly staff who kept the coffee coming. The funicular that takes you down to the walk on the lake was convenient and fun. Lucerne has so much to offer and we enjoyed it all, especially this wonderful hotel. I would not hesitate to return. The photos were taken just after sunrise from my balcony from left to right. Lucerne will always stay in my heart.

Insane hotel. Every member of staff so polite, helpful and welcoming. We had our honeymoon here in a penthouse suite and it was just stunning. We had a very long day on our first day, we were secretly starting to Dread Luzern as, at first, we couldn't find much to do, but the hotel literally saved our entire trip. We constantly hounded the staff with questions and they were always happy to help. Cleaning staff were so sweet, and the pillow menu?!

Beautiful hotel, stunning location. Breakfast is beautiful too! Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we visited again!

My stay at the Art Deco Montana exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was wonderful. Everything was new and clean - and fun! The service was great in the Louis Bar. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations at the front desk. I was a little nervous since I don't speak any Swiss German and was so impressed by how well everyone spoke English. The hotel is centrally located in Lucerne. I think I want to come back to Lucerne just to stay at this hotel I enjoyed it so much.

Very nice location overlooking the lake of Luzern. I recommend the inside “Scala” restaurant. It has a high quality menu and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Definitely the restaurant with the most amazing view over the lake.
