We (Family of 2) had good experience with this apt. We stayed for 2 days. Had all the basic stuffs in the stay. Only thing is we had no1 to guide when we reached the apt. Fortunately 1 stranger who was already staying in came out to help us. U need to download the app first and doors will open with the bluetooth sensor. Otherwise room was spacious and cool enough without any fan/ac. Get ur groceries and u can cook your food here ( Indians try to get from home / ready to eat food ).

We stayed here for three nights. What we love most is its location and kitchenette. It’s next to the Reuses River so we could walk to old town along the river bank.

Rooms were good. Just elevator facility was not there.

Not a good place to stay, but it's affordable, an option if you have a small budget and stay just for a couple of days. Building looks very old, with infiltration on the floor and bad smell on common areas. The room has a good space for me, my husband and our dog, but it's not very comfortable, we've got two single beds together that we had to separate because of the sound it made when we moved while sleeping. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, so that's a positive point (despite of some dirty dishes). The system to unlock the doors are not very good as well, it worked just on my husband's phone and there were moments that it took time to open the doors.
It's a place we definitely won't come back, but it was the most affordable place we found.

We stayed here with our 2 year old son. And its a perfect place. The closest bus stop is 6-7 minutes away by walk. You can cook small meals, its a clean place with awesome view. Recommended

The room was big enough for 2 adults and two children. It was stinking from former smoking.
Close to the train and bus station (Luzern is 15mins away). Also close to a large shopping mall.
The area is relatively busy but not too loud.

It's OK. Nothing more. We requested a quite room. Didn't get it. All clean, but below the sheet, my matress was stink like old sweat. ????
