5 star location!
I think it falls short for a 4 star slightly but all in all it is a really nice hotel.
My room (single stay) was very small though it did have all I could need though and the AC was a great asset as I caught a heat wave.

Breakfast is delicious, very varied and generous buffet.

Service was fantastic. Having read some reviews I thought I would find a more Parisian style in Luzern but i found the staff to be absolutely lovely.

We are staying here with our daughter and the comfort room has been perfect. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, and our room faces the courtyard so it has been very quiet. The hotel has air conditioning which has been a huge plus in the July heat. The receptionists have been so incredibly helpful with planning our excursions from Lucerne and have been very responsive with our questions and requests. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.
Nothing negative to report at all!

Had a wonderful dinner at a table next to the river. Selected from the fixed price menu. Our main server was excellent; helped us choose courses, and wines. Other severs kept us supplied with wonderful breads. TrueType enjoyed ourselves and our special meal.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was my husband, 7 month old baby and I.

Pros- location (close to lots of things), spacious room for European hotel (able to comfortably fit a travel crib in the room w/o being in the way, great customer service (receptionist gave our baby a balloon and she loved it), modern finishes/touches, great shower/tub water pressure and temperature

Suggestions- better blackout curtains since the sun sets pretty late (we are early sleepers/risers)

The hotel is just 2 mins walk from Luzern train station and a minute walk from The Chapel Bridge.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were co-operative and guided a lot and didn't seem to get irritated on being asked questions, which was a positive thing.

The room was spacious and clean.
Perfect location, helpful staff, good, comfortable and clean rooms, what else could one ask for?

Great hotel in the heart of old town Lucerne. The Comfort Room was roomy and well equipped, and lots of extras for free. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, friendly front desk staff. Spacious deluxe rooms. Good amenities however the shower in my room was low flow. Besides that good location to stay at and an overall pleasant experience.

Fantastic hotel! Location is so close to main attractions in the city. Room is very nice and clean. One of the best hotels in my Europe trip. Hotel has very classic modern look. Lobby is very well decorated. Staff are friendly. Strongly recommend!
