I went there for a simple mole removal procedure. The procedure itself was good, Dr Ricci said that it would leave a small scar where the stitches were. However, the stitches ripped out and the hole didn't close properly. The nurse who removed my stitches went to get the doctor because she realized something was wrong. The doctor came and just told me to put some cream on it. I feel that this did not really help me, as I did not know what cream to use. I consulted other doctors who informed me much better on how to properly take care of the scar/hole, so that now it is closing. I would have preferred that Dr Ricci had told me this information herself, I left without any information and felt quite neglected after the situation.

The best Dermatologist I’ve been to in Switzerland, Dr Ricci has treated all of my family for many different things and spends time to explain all options. Always punctual and graciously professional.

My family and I are dr Ricci’s patieents since a very long time
She treated us for medical and aesthetic procedures and we always were very pleased
She is highly competent,professional and very friendly
I always recommended dr Ricci to my friends and to everyboby cause I really think she is top of the top dermatologist!

La doctoresse Ricci a retiré des kératoses séborrhéiques sur mon décolleté et mon visage. Sur le décolleté tout est allé correctement mais elle a gratté trop profondément sur le visage - selon l’avis d’une autre dermatologue que j’ai vue après - laissant ainsi une marque bien visible et fibreuse demandant plusieurs traitements laser. Après l’intervention, aucune crème ne m’a été prescrite ni indication de protection par rapport au soleil, sujet que j’avais pourtant directement adressé.

Dr. Ricci est une personne merveilleuse, humble, amicale et professionnellement très préparée! Il semblait que nous nous connaissions depuis des années, j'ai fait un contrôle de mes grains de beauté que je n'avais pas fait depuis des années et finalement nous avons décidé d'en retirer un qui était un peu embêtant, malgré ma peur, elle a tout fait tranquillement en quelques minutes et je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur. Bravo Dr. Ricci et j'espère vous revoir pour le prochain contrôle.

Grace au traitement de la doctoresse Ricci Bovier et de ses assistantes les immenses tâches que j'avais sur les bras et qui me gênaient terriblement depuis plus d’une année ont complètement disparus. Grâce à un traitement efficace au laser et un accompagnement bienveillant j’ai à nouveau pu exposer mes bras à la vue de tous et j’ai retrouvé confiance en moi. Je recommande vivement ce cabinet! »

Je consulte la Dr Pour des gestes médicaux et esthétiques. Elle est très professionnelle et de bons conseils. L athmosphere du cabinet est agréable et le contact sympathique. J ai toujours été ravie des soins reçus
