My husband and I rented a boat here while we were in Lugano. The gentleman was very friendly and the pricing is extremely reasonable! We were visiting during the heat wave and it made for a great memory to check out the lake by boat. Would definitely go back!

Really nice guys, great service. The boat was cleaned just before our arrival and in great condition.

THEN I dropped my car keys into the water as I got off the boat at the end of our trip, in 8m deep water... the guys called their scuba diving friends and to our amazing luck they were 5 mins around the corner. They came round and went down for my keys. Saved me a 6hr round trip home for the spare pair!!

Rented a boat on two different days while staying in Lugano, once with friends and once by myself. I had an absolutely amazing experience on both occasions. All staff were very accommodating and the price well worth it.

Wonderful quality and service! We rented a boat to take out on the lake - the boat was brand new and we had a beautiful day. Great prices and they also were very professional in setting us up with a water taxi to take to dinner later the same day. Highly recommend.

Beware of safety issues on the rental boats when using this boat rental. The rental we received had several issues one of which was a broken and bent ladder for getting in and out of the water. The ladder was loosely attached, bent, and would not open fully as it should when flipped into the water. I should know I own one on my boat back in the US. So the ladder was flipped down and extended. However because of the damage to the ladder it would not appropriately extend to its full length. We were not informed of this damage and the result was when my wife was descending into the water all of a sudden her weight cause the ladder to abruptly open. She slid sideways against the moter and bruised her leg pretty badly. It could have been a lot worse! She was in a lot of paint for the remainder of the rental which was very expensive!! To make things worse when we returned to the dock the staff in charged blamed us for not using the damaged ladder appropriately. Wow!! How sad and infuriating. When I said it was his concern to maintain the rental in good working order he said: “ well it is a rental what do you expect”. No medical care was offered. Looking over the boat after the accident there were loose railings and hand fails and the ladder itself was about to become detached from the boat that would leave most people stranded in the water in lake Lugano. Renter beware they will take your money and potentially put you at risk meanwhile blaming you.

Excellent boat rental! Owner and staff are really great and very friendly. The prices are fair and the boats in very good condition. We have rented boats here for over 5 years and never had a less than perfect experience.
