I am so happy I found this practice in Lugano. I have had extensive dental work done and needed someone who spoke English to whom explain all my special circumstances. The staff is very welcoming and the Dr is very professional and knowledgeable. I am confident I can trust him with my complicated dental history. I took my daughter today and his demeanor with her was amazing. She left the office saying she wanted to be a dentist magician.

I was referred to Tino Nyffeler by a friend and have been extremely happy with my decision. The office staff was welcoming and friendly from my very first call to schedule the consultation. Dr. Nyffeler explained the process to me and made sure i was comfortable with his plan for my treatment. The staff went above and beyond to be as efficient as possible during my first visit and scheduling for my follow up appointment was very easy with many options, including late appointments.

Lo consiglio a tutti, è lo studio dentistico migliore di Lugano. Il personale è molto competente e ospitale, ho avuto un’ottima esperienza e mi sono trovato molto bene con il dottore Tino Nyffeler.

La mia esperienza pessima in questo studio.Non ho mai incontrato in vita mia un medico che dimostra le sue verità cosa che non esistono nemmeno.Le sue immaginazioni E giustificazioni inutili non mi è risolto problema .E non è stato nemmeno disposto trovare soluzioni. In primis ho preso appuntamento con Nyffeler e non è stato lui a curarmi prima volta ero già scioccata.Poi per risolvere un’altra volta problema peggiorato situazione. Penso che l'importante sia la professionalità che serietà del medico. Ma sfortunatamente non erano in questo studio.

Dopo tanti anni di assenza da uno studio dentistico, mi sono purtroppo trovato nella situazione di essere obbligato a presentarmi in uno studio dentistico per problemi seri di salute. Non essendo svizzero ho comunque, per mia sicurezza, valutato recensioni e pareri di conoscenti per trovare un VERO dentista affidabile, serio e professionale. Mi è stato consigliato lo studio dentistico del dottor Tino Nyffeler. Da subito l’ho messo sull’ attenti informandolo che avevo una grossa fobia dei dentisti, per via di traumi subiti in passato da altri dentisti. Lui ha cercato di rassicurarmi subito e da lì ho provato a fidarmi di lui. Devo dire che a distanza di quasi tre anni che sono in cura da lui, per miei problemi seri di salute, non lo cambierei per tutto l’oro di questo mondo. Un team affidabile, serio, competente con al comando un SUPER TINO. Peccato che si possono mettere solo 5 stelle, ci vorrebbe anche il simbolo infinito per poter lasciare delle recensioni ad uno studio medico del genere.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Trotz Informationen über meine Allergien wurden Materialien verwendet auf welche ich allergisch reagiert habe und ich dadurch starke Schmerzen habe und nicht weiss ob ich einen Zahn verlieren werde. Der Zahnarzt brach die Behandlung einfach ab. Mein ursprünglicher Termin wurde mit Dr. Nyffeler vereinbart aber behandelt hat mich dann plötzlich ein anderer Zahnarzt. Ich behalte mir rechtliche Schritte gegen diese Praxis vor.
