The medical check was all good. After 10 days the doctor called ME to check how I was, which I thought was really nice from their side that they care about their patients. The call lasted maybe 1 minute, and I thanked the doctor for calling.
In a few days I received an 18chf bill for this referring to as "first 5 minutes of telephone consultation". Really not nice from their side, as I didn't call them, but they called me and then charged this.

I had a medical emergency and happened to be near the Lugano Stazione. I decided to check on the Centro Medico. Staff was very friendly, very flexible, responsive and immediately organized English speaking colleagues, including a Medical Doctor. I felt I was in good hands, and taken care of very well. Thank you!

Mi hanno addebitato prestazioni mediche mai fatte e non mi hanno mai fatto avere il resoconto di una fattura. Staff pessimo e molto disorganizzato. Sconsiglio vivamente

Ich war heute da mit einem jungen, 14 Jahre, der seinen Fuss im lido von Lugano aufgeschnitten hatte. Es wäre nur darum gegangen, die Wunde kurz anzuschauen. Kommentar: wir behandeln keine unter 16 jährigen… das ist kein Witz! Es standen 10 Ärzte da und keiner wollte ihn behandeln. So was hab ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht gesehen und ich hab schon einiges gesehen. Zum Glück hat sich der drogist in der bahnhofsdrogerie um den Jungen gekümmert. Das war unsäglich.
