Very nice hotel. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. A beautiful garden & a pool. Every penny worth. Good rich breakfast. Public transport just 2 minutes away. And you get the Ticino ticket for public transport. We didn’t use our car at all. Great connection to Ascona, Locarno & Bellinzona & other places. The gesture on New Year was really appreciated - a card and a packet of cookies. I really recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was okay, the backyard and its pool-area as well. Not okay in this price-class are the rooms. Miserable, old and ramped beds, no fridge at the foreseen place, no coffee machine available. All over all, it's an old Hotel with better times in the past...

Everything perfect!! I stayed there for two nights with my girlfriend and our dog and the room was very nice from interior (retro old style but really beautiful) with a large size and a huge balcony from where we could enjoy great views over the mountains. Everything was clean and tidy and they fairly charged a once fee of 15 CHF for the dog and not per day as many hotels do. The pool with the beautiful garden must be great in summer time and the breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding but enough and with good quality. Definitely returning when beeing back to the region. Thanks to the cortial staff and all the Best!!

Very clean, a good new hard mattress so we sleep well. For 3 stars exlent good location, quiet and very good service

Friendly stuff, clean room, good public transport connection, a couple supermarkets nearby. Ticino ticket. Not far from a river.
