Das Training in einem familiären Umfeld macht Spass und hält mich geistig und körperlich fit. Zudem lernt man eine praxisnahe Selbstverteidigung.

Bei Wu-Man lernt man Wing Chun im familiären Umfeld. Aber es ist mehr als Training und Selbstverteidigung, es ist Lebensschule. Besser geht's nicht.

Das Wing Chung Kung Fu das hier gelert wird, ist nicht nur reine Selbstverteidigung. Man kann viele Ideen und Erkenntnisse auch im Alltag verwenden.

Das Training in der Wu-man Schule überzeugt mich absolut. Es ist abwechslungsreich und findet in einer lockeren, familiären Umgebung statt.
