Stayed in 3 different of the cheapest rooms in this hotel. 2 of them were very satisfactory for the price, but the last one was terrible and seem to be a utility closet made into a room. No window and the only source of air was an old A/C that sounded like a truck engine and resulted in some sleepless nights. This room was also described as having a private bathroom, however that was on an entirely different floor. Make sure you don't get room 30..

Reasonable price for the rooms, not new, but everything is in very good condition, everything is also very clean, large room, good location in the city center. Breakfast is bit poor but ok in case of price. Upon arrival, they could not find a booking, and the manager passionately explained that this was not her problem. Communication was not very pleasant.

I stayed here on the last day of the last year 2022.

Excellent - it was just what I was looking for: a place only to my self.
The service from the very gentle and kindhearted man behind the reception was delightful. I felt at home from the moment I had entered.
The rooms were tidy and the windows wide. I enjoyed the morning view, as the sky looked like a fresco painting. An absolute delight!
Will recommend this place wholeheartedly.
Happy to book again! Thank you and a wonderful new year!

Didn’t stay here, only had supper. Service was ok - a bit slow but efficient. Weirdly unsure if the 40-yr-old waiter was hitting on my 15-yr-old niece, or if he was just being cheeky. We all had pizza, which were very good. Pepper mill and oil bottles very grimy which turned me off. Great location.

The hotel reception is nice. Room is rather unequiped for a 3-star hotel. No kettle, no bed side power socket.

One of the receptionist has been absolutely rude , unhelpful and tried to make me feel was my fault rather than resolve the situation. I have been to the hotel for a couple of days for business the location was good the room clean and the hotel well maintained. At my arrival ( I was exhausted) I didn’t received a Qcode for use the public transport and I understood was free maybe i thought there was a communication between the hotel and the transport services anyway there was a misunderstanding and I got a fine for 100fr.
The controller on the bus has been particularly kind told me I should to have call a specific number from the reception ???? of the hotel and for sure we would have solved the situation. The day after I asked kindly to make a phone call from the reception and the woman with glasses in her middle age very arrogantly told me was my problem and my fault i didn’t ask the Qcode pass before ( I ignored there was any pass ) she made a Qcode with a date of check out and not the check in and the office where I went for ask help made me recognise that I went back to the hotel and always with her indifference told me wasn’t possible to make a Qcode with the arrival date but after I started to scream and say I wanted to speak with a manager she has been able to print a Qcode with the check in date. A NIGHTMARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE UNHELPFUL AND INAPPROPRIATE FOR A RECEPTION JOB.

We were given a really nice room. Yes it was a little bit loud but we had a view of the main square. The rooms are clean and well serviced. The price is fair.

Unfortunately no airconditioning, so we were floating away in our own sweat. They do have a ventilator but when its 33 degrees outside doesnt do much. Also the service was minimum, no explanation and a bit grumpy in the beginning. Very good location was Film Festival in Locarno so we were lucky.
