The director is knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the staff are also welcoming and friendly.

However, there are a few sales consultants who occasionally come across as patronizing to customers and attempt to lecture them. It would be great if these individuals could improve their customer service skills.

Unfortunately, due to this repeated experience, I’m unsure if I’ll choose to buy here again.

It should be zero but 1 is the least here. Totally disgusting attitude and arrogance. My family visited the store in November and the staff literally kicked them out. Its shameful. Bucherer and swiss people were not like this. I don't recommend buying from Bucherer as in addition to this bad experience I already had over 30 years history with them and now they just totally ignore us. Now when I hear Bucherer name I feel disgusted.
