Well located for access to the ski lift, nice location on the river. Staff are fantastic, rooms slightly dated but very clean. Food is a set menu, not a buffet, but they cater well for special requests such as vegetarian. Ski room and boot room for winter activities are both on site and there's free wifi throughout the hotel with a very good speed. Stayed there twice now and would recommend and go back again.

We had a lovely stay, the staff is really kind and always eager to help! The rooms and bathrooms a bit outdated. The location very good!!

Really really friendly and helpful hotel who went out of their way to help us manage a booking repeatedly postponed due to covid.
Breakfast more extensive than the standard Swiss which was nice. Evening meals quite good for the price in Les Diablerets at 4-5 courses and tasty.
Rooms simple but warm and shower excellent. Small shower though dome may find space difficult to manage. 5-10 mins walk to main ski lift and village centre / station so quite convenient. Lots of space in hotel.
Les Diablerets easily accessible by train from Geneva.

Lovely hotel and all of the staff are amazing, work so hard and always friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

Badly in need of modernisation and redecoration. The decor must be over 35 years old and very basic. Breakfast was just average.
Staff are lovely and helpful. Especially at front desk and Xavier. Location is great too.

A nice hotel with very nice sraff. The rooms could enjoy some renovations. However, the room was very clean. The view from the room and the nature surrounding the hotel are a treat.

Low quality/price ratio.
The orange juice and the fruit salad at breakfast were acid.
The radiator in the bathroom didn't work.
Staff was helpful.

I liked the meal I had here. It is easy to find and parking is nearby. It is a short distance from everything else in this location. It has an indoor and outdoor area.
