By far the best cigar lounge/business that I have ever visited. My wife and I were like kids in a candy store. I have never seen so many different selections of Cubans in one place. It took me about 5 minutes to process what my eyes were seeing. The staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. If you are in Europe and a cigar enthusiasts you have to visit The House of Grauer

You cannot visit Geneva and not visit the House of Grauer. A combination luxury shop, museum, club, lounge and much more. State of the art decor with a sharp attention to every single detail. The walk in humidor is an experience by itself!

Nice place, really nice lounge. Massively overpriced NWs compared to everywhere else across Europe. No point going to this lounge when cigarworld's lounge in Germany is 65% of the price for New Worlds.

Edit : Example : they want €320+ euros for a box of AJF Dorados which are €120-€150 in other LCDHs across Europe and even other stores in Geneva. They then called me to say that I shouldn't leave such a review because it's inaccurate. I find this quite distasteful as it's an accurate review. The lounge is lovely but the New World prices are not. Good Cuban selection at fair prices but New World's are a different story

Spectacular house of Cigar. Great amazing team to help guide you through the entire collection. Found many rare cigars you won’t find anywhere else in the world.
