Great location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. The tram is right next to the door. Room was comfortable spacious and clean. Excellent view from the room. They have parking available too though have to book in advance. The lady at the check-in was super nice and the entire staff was welcoming. Tough to find a place with better value.

The hotel is good for the price. The room was small but clean. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking - eggs, pasta, etc. Instead of dinner table there was working desktop which was strange.
The locations is good. You will find a lot of different shops and supermarkets in the neighborhood. A lot of good restaurants and cafes will be also at your disposal.
The public transport bus stop to city center is just infront of the hotel.
As I said - it is not the best hotel I have been but it was what I was expected for the the price.

A perfect location if you want to see the city center of Genève, just 20minutes walk…..The parking is decent and the mini Kitchen was very practical…..

I booked 5 nights in mid of July but when I arrived the weather was pretty hot and no good air conditioning was available so we contacted to the receptionist to cancel rest 4 nights and she was very cooperative.
Thank you for the administrative employees .

My wife and I stayed at Starling Hotel Residence Geneva during our honeymoon in Dec. 2022. It wasn't the best stay as no shower door, so we had to shower at an angle. Apparently this is common in European hotels, but our two Spain hotels we had a door that closed.

Breakfast was limited - had boiled eggs, pastries, deli meat such as prosciutto, cereal bags, coffee and tea, and some others. Thankful that any hotel in Geneva that provides free public transportation as the tram was close by and accessible. They also allowed us to borrow an umbrella when it was rainy. The elevator doors are manual, so you have to push or pull to open.

Fantastic stay! Very friendly young gentlemen working the reception. After a miserable long flight of no sleep the guys let me check in a couple of hours early. Prime location… just a mile and a half from the main drag but just enough away from the chaos and not as noisy. Pretty good restaurants walking distance - the Italian place across the street was tasty.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room was spacious and had that Scandinavian look with light wood and neutral colors.

Nice view from the window of the sunrise and the room was quiet inside.

Parking is a little tricky depending on how busy the hotel is, with a small lot next to them but it might also be I’m just used to much more space and larger parking spots in the US.

The breakfast area is very nicely done and they have a couple small morning eats in a clean bistro restaurant style place to eat and have your morning drink.

My only complains on the trip were that my room stayed very hot even in the middle of winter and I had to use an air conditioner to keep it cool to sleep. Plus the housekeeping ladies are unreasonably loud clanking around slamming things as they’re working and they somehow took 5+ hours to only clean 8 ish rooms in my hallway. That’s really crazy.

I’d recommend staying at the Starling for your next visit to Geneva. Thanks to the front desk staff for your courtesy and for allowing me the slightly earlier check in to catch some zzzs before starting my euro trip.

The best mattress I slept on in a while! Breakfast is excellent. If you're not used to city noise, this one might be tough. At least 1 loud drunk per night in this busy Acacias neighborhood. 10 min tram ride from the train station is a plus.
