Contacted them regarding the repair of a fridge freezer. Sent them the info on brand, model number, date of purchase and full description of the problem and asked for a genuine honest answer if they could fix it and IF it was worth it considering the fridge was 16 years old. No problem they can fix every fridge came the response. Once on site the answer was 'sorry, this model cannot be fixed, no spare parts in Switzerland, but we can make you an offer for a replacement fridge. That offer came a few later but in the meantime I had bough a new one for my renters as they couldn't leave all their food to go to waste. When they could not sell me a new one they sent a bill to the renter, 9 months after the visit. Renter didn't pay and I complained to Philippe Marechal, so now I have a Poursuite for a 'facture' that isn't even mine! They lack professionalism and ethics. I asked for their honest answer, their response was to charge for a useless visit when I didn't give them the opportunity to sell me a really expensive fridge! Its scandalous.

We are unlucky enough to have had issues with kitchen appliances, but having to deal with the “service” of this company was by far the worst part of it. Everything takes forever and there is absolutely 0 communication. AVOID.

J'avais un problème avec ma plaque a induction (fonctionnait plus) un technicien est venu a sois disant dis qu'il fallait sois changer la carte mère ou directement les plaques... ce qui s'est avéré complétement faux... en réalité le technicien a fais exprès d'activer un sécurité et fait croire a une panne alors que c'étais pas le cas !!! PAS PROFESSIONNEL

J’ai été en contact avec la société Philippe Maréchal pour la réparation de mon four.
Un technicien passe et diagnostique un problème sur une platine électronique qui devrait, selon lui, être changée pour qu’il refonctionne.
Un devis a été établi, d’un montant important (500 CHF), ce qui m’a amené à considérer l’achat d’un nouveau four plutôt que la réparation du four existant.
J’ai hésité un certain temps puis me suis décidé à le faire réparer selon devis que la société m’a fourni.
La réparation se fait, mais à la fin de l’intervention, le technicien m’annonce il y a une autre panne. La résistance de la fonction chaleur tournante devrait, elle aussi, être changée, coûterait plusieurs centaines de francs. Mais la pièce n’est, de toute façon, plus disponible. Bref, j’aurais pu acheter un four de marque pour le prix de toutes ces réparations.
La société me propose un nouveau four à un prix „réduit“, en réalité deux fois supérieur à peu près au même four (marque Siemens) que je considérais acheter. Donc une offre très peu alléchante.
Il va sans dire que ma décision de réparer plutôt que d’acheter du neuf aurait été différente si le diagnostic, avec ses implications de cout, avait été posé correctement dès le départ. C’est la raison pour laquelle on fait appel à des professionnels… Je ne suis pas content.

Accompagnant une amie qui avait acheté machine à laver la vaisselle et une machine à laver, j'en ai profité pour acheter une cuisinière, la mienne arrivant en fin de vie.
J'ai ete très bien reçu et très bien conseillé.
La cuisinière a été livré en temps et en heure.
Le vendeur ainsi que la personne qui m'a livré la cuisinière sont très compétent et toujours souriant.
Lorsque j'aurais besoin d'autre chose, je pense que j'y retournerai.
C'est un peu plus cher que les grandes surfaces, mais vous avez la qualité et surtout rien à faire.
