Very welcoming and great hosts. Rooms are big and very comfy. Dining experience is also top notch

Nice cozy place and we'll maintained. Very neat and comfy rooms .. was surprised to see the room had a/c, TV and a mini refrigerator. I just stayed for 1 night and it is very easy to follow their email instructions and get yourself inside the room. Nice big bed, large cupboard... Bathroom was very functional with most amenities provided. The breakfast was hearty .. coffee and croissants were fab. Very good value for money and I will definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful place. The original Chez Maman was solely a restaurant and now it's also a boutique hotel. The rooms are a modest size with a modern outfit. The food was fabulous and thier hospitality was amazing! There was live music Wednesday through Friday with everything closed on Saturday night. The location is prime with easy access to the tram which will take you directly to the center of Geneva. Can't go wrong here! Side note they speak pretty good English for those with limited French.

My God! Pinch me! Are we in Geneva ?! Restaurant design, beautiful terrace, comfortable chairs and a white starched tablecloth! But that is not all! In which restaurant in Geneva have you seen live music ?! For almost 13 years of my life in this city I have seen this for the first time! Luxurious atmosphere. The waiters served us all evening in a great mood. Delicious tartare, shrimp salad. Someone took a piece of meat - they said it melts in your mouth. We asked twice for toasts to the tartar, brought after 3 minutes, slightly toasted, everything is as it should. In short, if any foreigner reads my commentary, they will think that I am a sick petty woman. No, I'm not sick, it's just that there is no restaurant in Geneva where you change the cutlery between snacks and the main course, with live music playing, paintings by contemporary artists hang on the walls of the terrace, and the owner, to please the guests, kindles a fire in the middle of the restaurant. This is something surreal. No, ladies and gentlemen, there is still such a place in Geneva. Not pretentious, but with a chic atmosphere, adequate prices, excellent service and delicious food!

Very nice restaurant, friendly waitress that spoke really good English and the food was amazing.

The location of the hotel is not ideal and a bit hard to find, but once we where there it was a very good experience.

On TripAdvisor this location is incorrectly displayed as a steakhouse, but it's a very good hotel restaurant with live music.

I tried the cucumber gazpacho and it was really something different I hadn't tried before (see attached picture). It tasted very nice!

Nice quaint hotel, rustic even!

Manager very welcoming and helpful. Good sense of humour and speaks great English!

Room was lovely. Decorated well and water was free in fridge. Rooms can be affected with traffic noise as two roads intersect outside of hotel.

Also you walk through the restaurant to get to the rooms, as you can just come here to eat and therefore restaurant is located at the front entrance to hotel.

Live music and piano is in situ.

Cozy place with an organic home vibe.
I stayed in their junior suite and had dinner with some friends. The suite is extremely spacious, perfect for a little apero before heading to the table.
I had the beef tartare, salad chez Maman and tried the entrecôte. Everything was incredibly tasty. Follow your heart, order and enjoy!
I come to Geneva a lot to visit friend and family, I feel like this is going to become new home away from home. Incredible find, I can't recommend highly enough!

The food is mediocre and the service horrible. We waited for over an hour for our food and we were literally the last table served in the restaurant even though we arrived before more than half of the other tables.
