i was truly happily surprised by this place, from A to Z.

Super well organized, responsive and attentive and extremely accommodating.

My pleasant surprise was further underscored by the immense choice of colors one has to choose from. I get so bewildered and frustrated by the places that give you a miserable limited set of colors for you to decide for your nail polish.

I was sat down and given a hot drink, glass of water ( very thoughtful- i hadn’t asked) and a mini chocolate while
my feet soaked. Everything was organized perfectly and for the first time in ages, i left with nails on feet and hands dry and ready for action.

Edith speaks french and english and portuguese, maybe more ????.

The beauty salon does everything, face, hair and massages, too.

Quite impressive.

I had booked an appointment days in advance as I was supposed to perform at a dance show the next day, so it was quite urgent to have it done on that day. The appointment was made for very early in the morning and I don't live close by, but when I reached the lady said she had double booked me, and would have to cancel. She did say I could message her later for an extension of the deal date as it was their fault but when I did message/ call, they said they had no idea what I was referring to and that it may have been someone else. Completely lost the voucher's value and added a lot of unnecessary stress.

I have been going to Griffe for the past five years. Edith is wonderful and does a great job. I have also done massages and facials there and they are also fabulous. Highly recommend

Bad service ! I had to deal with an impolite lady and that made this a bad experience for me. Instead of relaxed, I was all worked up !
