Please revisit your hours, if you are not going to open on time. On Saturday, I arrived at 8am to pick up my medicines that I ordered, but till 8.15, no one is there!

Unbelievable how the pharmacist can be so uncaring! My friend felt very bad, became all pale and we went in to measure her blood pressure. He asked for CHF9.50 ! At this point my blood pressure also went up!)) 200 mètres down the road they always measure it for free and give you a glass of water also!
Thank you for nothing!

One of the best if not the best pharmacies in Geneva. A very professional gentleman pharmasisit always on duty which is good for consistency and follow up. Very polite and highly knowledgeable staff, although very overworked they provide both medical and pharmaceutical advice. Most bad comments are from those who want freebies or are not willing to pay their bills. Overall Swiss quality and competent service.

Nice pharmacy, went to them for clear eyes specifically "eye drop", they end up selling me something else!!, well trained sales staff that they don't send you home without selling you something. Felt like I was in retail clothing store.

J’ai accompagné, dans cette « pharmacie » un monsieur très âgé qui avait fait une chute et qui s’était ouvert la main. À noter qu’il saignait abondamment. Notre seule demande était de désinfecter sa main et nous avons eu pour seule réponse que dans une pharmacie on ne fait pas de soins et qu’il fallait aller dans une permanence. Aucune humanité ni empathie c’est désolant. Allez me dire que dans une pharmacie ils n’ont pas de désinfectant… et ce n’est pas ma première expérience du genre avec ces gens…

Lamentable ! On dit ouverture à 8 h et 8 h30 toujours personne … les clients attendent ! les horaires sont mal écrit sur la porte . Les factures s’entassent sur le comptoir. Pour une pharmacie c’est franchement inadmissible! De plus, un vieux monsieur qui vient tous les lundis depuis des années dis que c’est toujours comme ça !!! Changez le personnel ou @amavita réagissez!
