Excellent service. I'm on a riding trip from Australia so time is short. Needed a few things looked at. The mechanic made an assessment in front of me and was straight on to the fix. Done my lunchtime.

Every time I come to this shop I get an amazing free advice. The owner knows a lot about bikes and actually saved me more money than my finance advisor. Not only the owner, but his whole crew are great! And very attentive to details. If this shop is not greatest in French part of Switzerland, than tell me who can do it better than these guys!
Also the owner speaks English which is rare over here :)

A great service from the crew who actually cares about their clients, with knowledge and a kind smile.
Problem solved even in peak season (when normally i would have needed to wait weeks).
So overall, a trustworthy crew.

We were attended by Olivier mostly. Kind and helpful. Rest of personnel with which we engaged with also very kind. Will be my velo store while in Lausanne :)

That's a really good shop with a wide range of bikes and equipment. I bought a road bike recently there I was really impressed by both the price and service. Glen and Johan were super helpful and they gave me some good pieces of advice. I highly recommend this shop.

Pretty rude salesperson when I bought the bike. He kept insisting on a specific model I did not like. Then when they finally ordered the one I was really interested in, there were multiple issues with it at delivery. Again the rude salesperson seemed to think it was no big deal and that it had nothing to do with their preparing the bike for delivery. Their prices for equipment are a ripoff too by the way, just oder online it's half the cost of the same Ortlieb bag... avoid this place, there are better and more conveniently located shops around that will treat customers much better. These people have never heard of the word "customer service".

Posting in English as I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews being posted in English.

Here are the highlights:
- Staff in the workshop were friendly, told me what my bike needed to get it going again after not having been ridden for a few years

- Given a quote and the promise that they would call me if the total bill was going to exceed quoted price

- Despite it being a downhill bike needing some serious TLC it was ready the following day (Brakes needed bleeding, new disks, new pads, complete check of all bearings and gears etc)

- Price was as quoted and Benjamin, the mechanic who took care of my bike, was knowledgeable and gave me some tips

- Took the bike out for a slash around this weekend and it worked like a dream

Overall I would recommend this shop to a friend.

I recently got new bike tyres from veloland. I love my road bike but have to admit I don't know so many technical details about bikes, so it was great to be able to ask the staff all my questions. They were super knowledgable, and friendly, and helped me find the right sort of tyres I needed! Thank you!
