Nice and clean place. in 20 min walking distance from the train station. Good breakfast. First time I saw the boiling device for eggs, you can boil them as you want.))

Stayed for a night before heading further to Interlaken. The entire experience from reservation to check-in, staff interaction, quality of the rooms and the breakfast was more than memorable. Being a small city, I was expecting the rooms and service to be average, but I would love to rate the entire experience as outstanding. I definately want to mention Fabian and Ms. Zufferey for their dedicated and warm service.

The staff here truly is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a positive one. They even remembered my name. If you're looking for a place to stay in Lausanne, I recommend this place as it's in a quiet suburbs only 10 minutes on foot from the city. They also give you a transportation card for Lausanne and its surroundings.

The room and the bathroom was cleaned daily. Breakfast was typical but it could contain more . What I liked the most was that towels were very soft! What I liked the least was the price, but I guess it is like that anywhere in Switzerland

After a late arrival i was kindly adviced and convinced to pay my costs in my homecountry currency (euro) - which is a lack of information as "dynamic currency conversion" (DCC) is giving you bad currency change quotes and an additional upmark of 3.95%.

I was told afterwards that would be the best way - but it wasn´t and isn´t.
The rate was kind of lower with 0,93 to an average of usually 0,98/,099 by a price round about 600 CHF...
after a talk to the recepionist and a mail to the director there was not to find any compromise.

Yes, i am an adult person, yes i should have read the terms od condition better, BUT i was truly and kindly adviced to do it this way. So it feels like a rip off and very bad service.

Sadly this is not a good experience and i just would advice you to keep your eyes open.

This was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. It's not located in the city center, but it's an 8 minute walk from the city center and the good thing about it being a little farther up is it's nearer to some awesome city views. Public transportation was easily accessible and the hotel provided us with free public transport cards for lausanne for the week.

Breakfast was really good every morning, this was a big plus. The staff was very accommodating, and the female staff was really friendly. There is a wonderful young woman named Bridget who works at reception - she speaks at least three languages and she was so kind and friendly. She helped me a lot with planning my days and helping me book things.

Rooms were smallish but very comfortable with nice bathrooms and plenty of space to put your things.

My only complaint is they only provide you with one room key which was inconvenient as my godmother and I had different schedules while we were there. I do realize this is probably customary in Europe along with the smaller rooms.
