worst experience ever... I applied for an insurance two month ago and they never send me the policy. I reminded them more than 5 times but nothing came. Finally I sent them a cancellation to go to another insurance company. Now they replied to me but with a wrong insurance policy. In that policy my birth year is wrong and all of a sudden I have a baby! What a suprise! Buy insurance you can get a baby! This is so ridiculous and insane...

Quick to take your money, never there when you need them. Very expensive and bad customer service since few years. Not worth it.

The worst insurance ever, impossible to get hold of anyone from the help line. The list of doctor not up to date. several clinics just have automated responses or divert the calls. i spent over 1 hr at the phone with no results. embarrassing and worrying.

Even one star is too generous for this ridiculous company. Being one of the most expensive health insurance companies one could expect a decent service. ADVICE: Don't even think about taking a SWICA insurance because you WILL have trouble trying to switch to another insurance. Apparently, they do not receive documentation from other insurance companies that testify that you are covered and will therefore, without warning, continue taking money from you!!!

SWICA is an amazing company. The sales people are courtiuous, and very knowledgeble. They take the time to explain everything in details and always strive to suit your needs as a customer.

It is a pity that they are so slow. Took about 3 months from application to reception of the insurance card.
