When we bought the SIM in May in Zurich, the employee clearly told us that we could use the SIM in any EU region and the plan she was offering us would cover it. And never mentioned anything about a subscription and she said it was pre-paid. in 2 weeks, we returned home and then we get an email with invoice charging us 250 CHF for usage in IT and UAE (was never used). And states it was never pre-paid and it's a subscription.
Now we are being forced to pay this, for their lack of clear communication.

Really bad client service. I think the worst client service I have tried. Please use swisscom or sunrise, a bit more expensive but it's worth. 3 weeks without mobile phone number and wrong information from operators..

Worst network on earth. Very poor connection no matter where you are. Ans as soon as you enter a train, plane, building you don't get any connection at all.

By far worst customer service ever! I have been having an issue with my internet for more than 6 months now. I am going back and forth with them because it seems that there is a problem in the connection in the area where I'm living. So, when I called the last time, they told me that I am eligible for early termination of my contract since the problem cannot be fixed from their side. Now, they sent me an email saying that they can make me a discount in the termination fee and that I cannot cancel it right away without paying the fee. I am extremely frustrated and if I had known that all this mess will take place, for sure I wouldn't have chose Salt. I do not recommend it AT ALL!

For more than a year now I've been a salt customer. Convinced that Salt being cheaper - than other mobile providers in CH - justifies their horrible customer service. On the phone or in person they were not helpful, and they didn't care that I wasn't happy and they didn't care that I would like to cancel my contract! Honestly, I would rather pay double to be treated with more respect and decency!
Don't get a contract with them, it might look cheaper, but it has a poor cellular connection, awful customer services and follow your roaming packages because they make deals in bad faith.

It's very difficult to cancel the contract, even if you have an attestation of leaving Switzerland. All the other services (like insurance, apartment renting etc.) I have in this country are very reasonable. If you provide them the attestation, they immediately cancel your contract without requesting any fees. Only Salt has an extra rib.

I have several contracts (mine+wife's) with SALT. It's been 5 months that I wait for them to put all my contracts under my name.
It's been such a nightmare to manage my accounts and invoices that I had to create several logins on the SALT website....and because I use 'only' 1 email address, this context does NOT work.
Anyway, I am asked to pay 25CHF for a delay (of a couple of days) in paying my bills...I even had to go to a shop to sort it out efficiently.
In the end, I pay everything apart from these 25CHF...and call the billing service....they agree with the fact only today my accounts are grouped correctly....but can not do anything about the 25CHF(!)
Amaizingly bad service.
Icing on the cake, I told the lady over the phone that my contract comes to an end in 2 months....she would not care:
Time for a change!!

I had a Supporter on Phone (23 March, at 17.19 p.m. - 8 Mins long), who speaks barely english and can't german. He war rude and couldn't help for anything. Supporter defines the quality of the company.
