First impression of the restaurant was, oh no let's find some other place. But then we saw people coming in so joined. You really have to be able to look past the exterior and interior. The food however is very tasteful. So tasteful we went here again another day. It truly is a hidden gem! Why I gave it 4 stars? The hostess was pretty rude about not having my reservation. A reservation I placed online and therefore not existing in their handwritten reservation book. As a vietnamese speaking person myself, I could hear her say to the husband to send us away. That didn't happen, but hearing that sure did kill a bit of any vibe. I'm not surprised her husband is receiving customers as she is very much lacking the skill to do so. If you're able to also see past that, then you could enjoy some great authentic vietnamese food :)

No doubt that the food was good and good quality. My food which was a soup had a huge portion, but it wasn’t the case for another plate with chicken and rice. The place is small and a bit hidden. It took us more than 1hour to receive our order. Since it’s a small place and run by a family, it’s not very fast. But still u might get extra hungry after 1extra hour of waiting.

I was shocked. I’ve had tons of pho in my life and I did not expect to find *IT* at this random little restaurant in Lausanne. The pho was incredible, as was the experience as a whole. Shout out to my server who made me feel very welcome.

A nice spot and a nice location, and only a few things out of place.

I had the beef pho, which as someone else said had to “too much flavor”. I feel it would benefit from a focus on the broth and slightly better beef, without all the extras. The fresh rolls were very well done, so definitely get those.

Strangely small spoons are used, impossible to put anything in, and you feel like a giant scooping broth. In a strange customer service move they tried to deny it, gaslight me. Nonstop they ask me about how things are, frustratingly often, and when I gave in and told them they acted all hurt. This is not my first pho or Chinese spoon. Damn, lady.

I was a bit disappointed. But I come from a city with a lot of Vietnamese food so maybe it was just different to what I'm used. Found the tom yum very sweet. Rice paper rolls were great though.

Very polite staff, feels like eating at a friendly Viet-Nam restaurant (I've never been to Viet-Name though).

Nice setting, very surprising in this place of town.

Very good Vietnamese cuisine served in a relax way. Dalat is not a luxurious place, but make you travel in Asia in no time.

Amazing food. Best deal in town for sure maybe best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been in Europe simple and good
