This is the restaurant in Lausanne where ex-pats bring their friends who come to visit Switzerland. There is more English than French being spoken around your table. We came here this Tuesday evening for two reasons; first we had parked our car nearby to go visit the Hermitage museum and second, they serve calf's tongue, a favorite of mine. The food was excellent and service was OK since there were relatively few guests. When the place is full, you may have to wait for a long time. Good value for money if your are looking for authentic Swiss cuisine.

Very nice, cozy and good swiss restaurant in Laussane. The restaurant is in the high part of the park of the city. We had the raclette, the meat fondue with beef and horse meat, and the creme brulee and chocolate cake as desert. The restaurant is a typical swiss chalet. The personal attendance was really good! Highly recommended!!

We went there on a Saturday night. No reservation for 2. Good value for money for authentic /traditional Swiss food.
We had the fondue - poivre + potatoes.
Good location.

We stopped by during lunch and ordered rosti, they kindly changed it to a vegetarian version with cheese and mushroom. The taste was absolutely fantastic, as well as the service. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to visit. We went on a Thursday night and the restaurant was very busy but we were seated quickly. We came for the traditional Swiss dishes - fondue and raclette - and we were not disappointed. We asked for our fondue without alcohol and they were happy to oblige (and it was really tasty!) For dessert I tried the tarte tatin with ice cream and that was also amazing. All in all a nice cozy place to visit with friends.

Very nice warm feeling inside the restaurant, located in a beautiful park which was covered in Snow so the spirit of the winter was great!
People is very polite, French speaking mostly, but they speak also English

As the other reviews had led me to expect the service is really below par. the food is good but pricey considering the very popular atmosphere of the restaurant. it is very noisy, very smelly and you have to be able to go down stairs to use the bathroom
