Renon Désinfection Sàrl

Great service! I had a bed bug infection a year back. I started my disinfection with Dexterm but eventually switched to Renon désinfection because Dexterm was asking me to move my bed and some of my furniture to one of their freezing facilities. Moving contaminated beds mattresses and furniture is super laborious and asking a company to do it is extremely expensive. Also Dexterm would have had me sleep on an inflatable mattress for over a month. I really recommend to use Renon désinfection because they are a lot more professional. They were able to answer my questions much better, they reassured me and they made my life much easier during these few hard months. I felt like they really cared when talking with them on the phone and also when the technician came. I was able to leave all the furniture, my bed and my mattress in my room and they disinfected it on the spot. They also disinfected some other things on the spot. I had to wash all of my clothes at 90°C. Some things like books and decorations I put in tightly closed bags and had the dog smell them at the end of the disinfection. Since the dog didn't smell any bed bugs in the bags, I was able to keep what was inside.
On thing that I appreciated a lot was that from the start Renon désinfection told me that for the price of a disinfection they would come as many times as it takes to eradicate the bed bugs. They had to come disinfect 4 times until there was no more bed bugs and even after that they offered to come a 5th time just to reassure me. I didn't take them up on that but I wish I had just because later on a worried a lot about whether the bed bugs were really gone. (Yes having bed bugs is quite a trauma and it's not unusual to be a bit irrational about it sometimes)

Intervention rapide pour en fin de compte ne rien régler du tout, âpres plusieurs appel pas de retour pour finir leur intervention, 3 semaines d appel pour que l on me refixe un RDV, dans une semaine et pendant ce temps la tu dois vivre de fenêtre fermée en pleine canicule, je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise.
