Zero customer service following three emails, 2 telephone messages and an in person visit to store for a repair to a necklace. Only on second in store visit was issue addressed and no apology made for zero response to previous correspondence. Very disappointing after friendly and helpful service when item bought.

Every visit I find the unique jewelry or accessory for my gifts. Helpful staff that put you at ease from the moment you walk in.

Pro tip: if you have a specific need, maybe they have something that is at their atelier or can be custom made ????

Boutique vraiment jolie, chaque bijoux ou accessoire est mis en valeur et donne envie d’être porté.
Les vendeuses sont super sympas et prennent vraiment le temps de vous conseiller.
J’avais envie d’anneaux tous fins et on me les a fait sur mesure, je suis super contente du résultat.
