I visited this store over the summer to order a new set of contact lenses. Alban’s service was impeccable! He expertly addressed all of the major and minor issues in choosing the right prescription for me (I struggle with severe astigmatism). Still thoroughly satisfied with his service, and would 100% recommend!

If you are looking for an optometrist who is an expert in his field and passionate about the quality of his work, then look nowhere else than La Nouvelle Branche. Alban took the time and great care in examining my vision, and was the first optometrist among the MANY I have had over the years, decades even, to finally diagnose the particularities of my vision that have prevented me from seeing comfortably with glasses. He patiently explained to me, in English so that I would better comprehend the nuances of, my situation and how the lenses he would order for me would help ameliorate my vision troubles. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Amongst the best opticians in Switzerland! I dropped-by while traveling for a quick check-up and to get some more daily lenses.

Je recommande grandement cet opticien. Il prend le temps de bien faire les examens, il est à l’écoute de nos yeux. Ses conseils sont excellents pour un résultat parfait.

Super. Examen très précis et très pro. on voit que c’est un opticien qui aime son métier!! Sa boutique est très charmante au centre de Lausanne pas très loin de la gare à pieds.
Il prend le temps de vous conseiller et propose de belles et bonnes qualité de lunettes je recommande. Merci beaucoup
